The location is perfect, just five minutes from the main square! The Nespresso machine was a game changer for morning coffee, and the room was super clean. Plus, they quickly provided us with flip flops when we asked. So nice!

Had a superb night! The location is spot on—just a hop from everything, and the rooms are beautifully decorated. Plus, the bed felt like a cloud—perfect for a cozy snooze.

However, I must say, finding a toilet paper roll that barely had a whisper of life left was a bit of a surprise. Talk about a shocking welcome!

I had a fantastic experience during my stay with a wonderfully welcoming reception staff that went above and beyond. The room was beautifully decorated and exceptionally clean. It was just a short walk to the main square, allowing easy access to Krakow's vibrant life.
